lip close needle the lip close needle is purpose designed for use with very soft baits and for tackle jobs such as sliding pieces of silicone onto tubing or leadcore. the closing gate prevents the needle hook from snagging and retains the hair loop securely during threading. the stainless steel needle is securely insert moulded to a dual material handle, featuring a soft touch rubber overmould which has been cad engineered to be ergonomic and comfortable to use.
